Bronzing, embossing and printing: The pattern on the synthetically shaped bronzing and embossing negative film is exposed to the zinc plate, after washing, dyeing and hardening. Then after high temperature baking at about 190 ℃ and layout trimming.

Corrosion of hot stamping and embossed plate: ① shallow corrosion, put the zinc plate that has been baked and trimmed at high temperature in a 6•Bc nitric acid solution, and perform shallow corrosion treatment with a brush, and determine the embossing according to the thickness of the printing paper To determine the depth of shallow corrosion in order to achieve the effect of pre-corrosion. The general corrosion depth is about 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm. It can meet the requirements of bronzing and embossing of about 80-150 grams of paper. If the paper is above 250 grams, bronzing , The depth of the embossed corrosion can be deeper. ② Local filling and coating, after the shallow corrosion meets the requirements, take it out and rinse it with clean water and dry, and then use anti-corrosion glue to fill the lines and patterns that need bronzing and embossing for anti-corrosion. The construction work is carried out according to the normal corrosion time and requirements, and the edge corrosion depth is generally about 0.6-0.65 mm.
