At the same time, the performance of the copper plate and the zinc plate is not as good as that of the magnesium plate. It can be seen that when the temperature required for bronzing is reached, the hardness of the magnesium plate changes the least. This directly affects the number of printings. Under the same conditions, the printing volume of magnesium plate and copper plate is more than 200,000 times, while that of zinc plate is less than 50,000 times; (3) Stamping effect: After the magnesium alloy etching plate is made into a plate, the slope is suitable, The edge is sharp, the hardness is high, and the heating and cooling are fast in the hot stamping production process. The surface of the substrate after hot stamping is very bright, and the effect is the same as that of the copper plate, far exceeding that of the zinc plate; (4) Cost: in the same area and the same thickness , Under the same requirements, the cost of using magnesium plate is 30% lower than that of zinc plate, and 70% lower than that of copper plate. In the process of bronzing production, the production cost of magnesium plate is 10% lower than that of zinc plate and copper plate. (5) Environmental protection: Zinc plate and copper plate produce a large amount of waste liquid rich in heavy metal ions during the plate making process, which cannot be recycled and cause serious environmental pollution.
