Introduction of Jucos high-end magnesium alloy etching plate

In order to meet the market demand and vigorously develop new products, in recent years, our company has been continuously exploring and tackling key problems in the research and development and production of magnesium alloy etching plates, so that the process of etching plate products has been continuously improved, and the quality has been continuously improved, making this product continue to move towards the high-end field. .

Compared with zinc plate and copper plate, magnesium alloy etched plate has excellent performance mainly in the following aspects:

First, the plate making time is short. The plate making process of all hot stamping plates is basically the same, the main difference is in the etching time. With the same pattern and the same required etching depth, it takes 5 minutes for the magnesium board, 25 minutes for the zinc board, and more than 30 minutes for the copper board.

The second is high hardness. Hardness is the main technical parameter to measure the bronzing plate. When the temperature is below 50°C, the hardness of the magnesium plate is 92, that of the zinc plate is 36, and that of the copper plate is 96. When the plate is heated to 100°C, the hardness of the magnesium plate is 90, that of the zinc plate is 30, and that of the copper plate is 88. It can be seen that when the temperature required for bronzing is reached, the hardness of the magnesium plate changes the least, which directly affects the number of printings. Under the same conditions, the printing capacity of the magnesium plate and copper plate is more than 200,000 times, while that of the zinc plate is less than 50,000 times.

The third is low cost and good bronzing effect. In the case of the same area, the same thickness, and the same requirements, the cost of using magnesium plates is 30% lower than that of zinc plates, and 70% lower than that of copper plates. In the bronzing production process, the production cost of the magnesium plate is 10% lower than that of the zinc plate and copper plate; in terms of the bronzing effect, the magnesium alloy etched plate has a suitable slope, sharp edges and high hardness after plate making, and is heated during the bronzing production process. Fast, fast cooling, the surface of the substrate after bronzing is very bright, the same effect as the copper plate, far more than the zinc plate.
