What are the production processes of magnesium alloy etched plates?
The etched plate made of magnesium alloy material is in the slow popularization application at the current stage, why is it in the slow popularization application? The following Jucos company will explain to you.
Magnesium alloy etched plate production method process
(1) Speed:
When making letterpress, the rotating speed of the blade of the etching machine is 420-430rpm;
When making gravure, the rotating speed of the etching machine blade is 370-380rpm;
The above rotational speed has a great influence on the slope of the edge of the etched pattern. If the rotational speed is too low, the slope will be too slow; if the rotational speed is too high, the slope will be too steep;
(2) Etching solution temperature:
When making letterpress, during upper edition, the temperature of described etching solution is 33-34 DEG C; During publishing, the temperature of described etching solution is 38-39 DEG C;
When making a gravure, when going up, the temperature of the etching solution is 35-36 ° C; During publishing, the temperature of the etching solution is 38-39 ° C;
The above etching temperature has a great influence on the etching speed and etching quality. If the temperature is too high, the etching reaction is too severe, which will cause the etching plate to be too thin or even perforated; if the temperature is too low, the reaction will be slow and the etching depth will be insufficient;
(3) Etching time:
When using the newly prepared etching solution, when the etching time is 5 minutes, the etching depth on the magnesium alloy plate is 0.7-0.8 mm; if etching to other depths, the etching time needs to be extended proportionally.
When using a non-newly prepared etching solution, the etching time of the next magnesium alloy plate is gradually extended according to the etching depth of the previous magnesium alloy plate. If the etching depth is found to be reduced by 0.1mm, the etching time is correspondingly extended by 30-40s;
(4) Supplementing acid:
After every completion of the etching of a magnesium alloy plate, acid supplementation is required, and the method for acid supplementation includes: supplementing 65-75ml of nitric acid for each etched 10g magnesium alloy.
Preferably, the preparation step of the etching solution includes: preparing an aqueous nitric acid solution with a Baume degree of 13.5-14.5, and then adding an etching additive, the volume of the etching additive being 4%-5% of the total etching solution volume.
The above is the production method process of magnesium alloy etched plate brought to you. I hope that the content described above can help you.
